Ensure CloudTrail is enabled in all regions

CloudTrail should be enabled in all regions to capture API activity across the entire AWS account, not just the primary region.

Security Impact

Without multi-region trails, API activity in other regions is not logged, leaving blind spots for security investigations.

How to Remediate

Create a multi-region trail or ensure trails exist in each region. Enable multi-region trail using: aws cloudtrail update-trail --name TRAIL_NAME --is-multi-region-trail
